The hotel features modern and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. I appreciated the early breakfast hours that accommodated my schedule. The staff showed flexibility, happily opening the breakfast buffet earlier . I faced challenges when trying to regulate the room temperature. The location is decent, but a bit far from public transport and tourist attractions, which requires the need for taxis. There's a limited number of on-site activities, although there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. Communication regarding payments could improve, as I experienced issues with multiple charges on my card, which took time to resolve with the bank. I'd recommend the hotel for its comfort and service but suggest clarifying banking processes .

immaculately clean place with city views and responsible and helpful staff. a mini bar, central heating, and an iron available in the double room. honestly no complains at all.

My family members and I really enjoyed being there. This location was marvellous and nice, short walk to northern train station as well as a quiet alley close to the main street. Also, it was not too far from Torre dei Gualandi Tower...

The front desk staff lack local knowledge!!! A printed map of the city should definitely be available!!! A pen for the notepad in the room would be a nice touch!!!

Clean, hip new hotel, I truly enjoyed big rooms and welcoming staff. It was a favourable and peaceful location near comfortable restaurant as buffet, and a quiet alley close to the main street. It also was in a quiet area.

Quiet location, comfortable beds, with excellent design in the new hotel, and tasty breakfast options that delighted my entire group while being conveniently situated near restaurants and a metro station for easy exploration.

What a gem! Rooms are massive and super clean. The mini fridge is actually worth using! Wi-Fi couldn't be better, and the coffee selection is good for a little pick-me-up.

The hotel was super clean and I loved the breakfast spread, which had something for everyone! I really enjoyed the steam room and foot massage at the spa, perfect for winding down after a day out. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn’t really ruin my time. 😊

I loved that the hotel was central, making it easy to stroll over to nearby spots like the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan and the Holy Assumption Cathedral, both just around a 20-minute walk away, and I enjoyed relaxing at Aqualand, only a quick 15-minute stroll from the hotel.

Super clean room! And the staff was really helpful. Breakfast spread was huge, with a tasty variety. You got 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. It's quiet but close enough to cafes and restaurants.
